Great trustworthy company, used for a second opinion on a repair that JR Putman said we needed with a cost of over 7900. On an eight year old system. DAS did a thorough check up over our system and found nothing wrong with the system. This company is very reputable and will continue to use them. From the very 1st interaction we had with Nick and his crew in person was a very great experience. We had called and spoke to Heather and explained the situation we were facing with the heating problem in my elderly mother’s mobile home. They were able to schedule her an appt to access the problem within 2 days. When they arrived, Nick spent over an hour going over every detail of the problem with my mother and I. At no point whatsoever did we ever feel as if he was trying to sell us something she didn’t need, overcharge her or take advantage of an elderly person. He advised my mother that he would be able to provide her with a quote by the end of the business day. Upon receiving the quote, we found it to be very reasonable and affordable not to mention he offered her a senior citizen discount. We knew almost immediately that we were going to go with Nick and his crew for the job that needed to done. Once the contract was signed, Nick and his crew were there within a day and a half installing the new heating and air unit. The crew were very polite, professional, and thorough explaining everything to my mother throughout the entire process. The entire process was done within a day and a half. I over heard a RAD radio advertisement live on the air that prompted me to give DAS Mechanical a call for service. We have been living in this home for 5 years now and never had my A/C and furnace units checked or maintenance before. After I reached out for service I was responded back very quick by a staff member to see what they could do to help with my concerns. I explained my situation and was booked for an appointment with a technician to come to my property in Elk Grove. Peter Pardo was the tech that came out and he was beyond professional and very knowledgeable on all my heating and air concerns. Best experience I’ve had with a HVAC company. The airflow on my 2nd floor was almost non existent over the past few years, making summer days/nights unbearable. Couldn’t pass up the $69 summer maintenance special through RAD Radio. Didn’t realize my AC wasn’t turning on when I scheduled the appt online, but DAS Mech added a service call to the same appt. Brett with DAS Mech found a faulty contactor and blown fuses and was able to replace them quickly, correct some bad wiring from the original AC installation from another contractor, and do the maintenance all within 90 mins. Brett was very professional and explained everything he found faulty. Will be calling DAS Mech for all my future AC service.
